An ashtray is provided outside for your use. There is a spare ashtray inside in the living room, but it is for balcony use only.
A 5000 AED penalty will apply if cigarette smoke is detected inside the property.

No unauthorized guests are allowed on the property. The penalty is AED 500.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless prior approval is given.
-Check-in and Check-out
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.
