Inside the main home, you will find a sun-filled living area adorned with plush seating and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The well-equipped full kitchen is an excellent place to exercise your inner-chef, featuring gleaming granite countertops and updated appliances. Enjoy your meals at the convenient breakfast bar or gather the whole group at the sprawling formal dining table. Additional comforts in the main house include a private washer/dryer and a covered deck for relaxing outdoors. The separate cottage is located directly in front of the main house and includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.

Every bedroom is outfitted with cozy bedding, and the bathrooms feature soothing walk-in showers to help you unwind after a day of adventure. Outside, the property includes a fire pit, though access is subject to seasonal county fire restrictions.

Located in a picturesque area of Colorado, you are perfectly positioned to explore over 300 miles of trails, including 150 groomed for hiking and 4-wheeling. When you aren't enjoying views of Shadow Mountain Lake, take a short trip to the Moffat Road Railroad Museum, Grand Lake Visitor Center, or Winter Park Resort. In the summer, guests can unwind with a round of golf at one of several award-winning courses, or indulge in swimming and sightseeing.
