Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM with convenient self check-in via smart lock. The entire 5-acre property is included in your rental. Please note there is a sister cottage on the property, so be respectful of any other guests. There's also a private downstairs office space used occasionally by the host (typically Tuesday or Thursday) - you'll be notified in advance if this occurs.

While pets are not allowed, licensed Service Animals and registered Emotional Support Animals are welcome with proper documentation and a $125 cleaning fee.
