Spanning 13 acres of the finest property in the U.S. Virgin Islands, this destination is perfect for romantic escapes or family holidays, offering a serene environment where you can explore tropical gardens, tour historical homes, and relax on a secluded beach.

This ocean-side villa is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total sleep capacity for 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed in the first bedroom and two queen beds in the second. For additional guests, the sitting area includes a convenient pull-out sofa bed. The interior layout is thoughtfully organized with separate living and sleeping areas, a dining area, and a full kitchen equipped with a conventional stove, oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary cookware.

Located in Southside, St. Thomas, the resort provides a breathtaking gateway to the island's water sports and historic sites. Please be aware that as this is a resort property, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Requirements: The checking guest must be 21+ with a valid credit card for incidentals and a refundable damage deposit.
• Fees: A daily valet parking fee of $25.00 USD applies. A USVI Government imposed Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee of $25 per night per villa is charged at check-out.
• Restrictions: Family pets are not permitted; however, service animals are welcome.
• Maintenance Notice: Please anticipate construction noise during business hours for ongoing villa refurbishment (May 15 – June 30, 2025), road paver repairs (through October 1, 2025), and scheduled elevator modernization (March-June 2026 and January-April 2028).
