The sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bedroom on the ground floor and a cosy loft area featuring two queen beds, providing all the sleeping comforts you desire for up to 6 guests. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the cottage is fully self-contained with a kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, and quality linen and towels are provided. Guests can enjoy the outdoors with a gas BBQ located on the veranda, perfect for an alfresco meal.

Set within the expansive 100 acres of Madigan Cottages, the property is a sanctuary of tranquility. Guests can explore the wide-open land by walking or biking, or simply relax on the veranda to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The grounds are home to local wildlife, including kangaroos, rabbits, and waterbirds on the dams, as well as paddocks with agisted horses. For added convenience, Stomp! Wine operates a cellar door right on the property.

Centrally located, The Barn provides easy access to the Pokolbin and Lovedale area's finest cellar doors, restaurants, and golf courses. It also serves as a convenient pick-up point for Hunter Valley concerts. While a car is recommended for exploring the region, small bus operators are available to pick guests up directly from the property.
