As part of our standard booking procedure across all Stress Free Stays properties, the lead guest will receive a secure pre-arrival link shortly after booking. This process is used for all reservations and forms part of our guest verification and check-in requirements.

The pre-arrival process includes:

Our Rental Agreement outlines the terms of use of the property, house rules, security deposit conditions and any applicable charges relating to damage, lost keys, unauthorised late departures, excessive cleaning or breaches of the agreed booking terms.

Completion of the pre-arrival process is required before check-in details and property access information can be released.

2. No Parties or Events 🔹Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted at the property.
3. Respect Our Neighbours 🔹Please be considerate of our neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
4. No Smoking or Vaping 🔹Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property.
5. Illegal Activity 🔹Illegal drugs, substances and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited on the premises.
6. Check-Out Procedures 🔹We kindly ask all guests to follow the check-out procedures provided in the guest guide. These simple steps help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure every guest enjoys the same quality experience.
