This private guest house is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 6. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed with a work area in the first bedroom, a queen-size bed with a vanity in the second, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

As this is an active rescue property, you may encounter volunteers, staff, and the owners, Gemma and Brandon, as they care for the animals. While the property is shared with two other rental units, this guest house includes its own designated private outdoor space. Please note that a small gathering space located beneath the unit is occasionally used for nonprofit fundraising and crafts; these events are low-key and conclude by 10:00 PM.

• Pets are allowed
• Cancellation: Must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid full charges
• Rules: Riverside County requires a copy of ID and a signed Good Neighbor Brochure. Noise monitoring devices (decibel only) and exterior security cameras are in use for compliance and safety. Tampering with noise devices may result in fines ranging from $50 to $250.
