• Pets: Allowed (max 3) for a non-refundable fee of $30 per night per pet. Pets must be leashed in common areas and are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Noise: As a 110-year-old building, sound travels between units. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Restrictions: No smoking inside the condo; parties require prior approval
• Additional Notes: No on-site washer/dryer (laundromat located 2 blocks away). Guests over 4 incur an additional nightly fee
