• Guest registration (name, document, and origin) must be sent 48 hours before arrival. Foreign guests will be reported via the SIRE system of Migración Colombia.
• Only registered guests are permitted access to the building; outside visitors or staff are not allowed.
• Condominium rules: No walking barefoot in common areas, shirts must be worn in elevators/common areas, and guests should be dry when entering the building.
• Strict prohibitions: No parties, loud noises, nudism on the beach or in the condo, and zero tolerance for illicit substances or prostitution.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Beach umbrellas and loungers are available for booking in advance for $20,000 (1-5 hours).
• Use of the gym, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzis is managed via a dedicated app provided at check-in.
