House Rules

The team at Coastal Grand Villas is excited to welcome you to our villa and we hope you enjoy your stay with us. For your convenience we ask you to kindly follow the house rules outlined below.

1. Arrival and departure times • Check in time: 3 PM • Check out time: 11 AM Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted, subject to availability. Please confirm any changes in advance with our villa management staff. Late checks out before 6 PM are subject to a 50% charge of the daily rate. Late check-out after 6 PM will be charged the full daily rate.

2. Number of people It’s important we prepare the villa for the expected number of guests, consistent with the original booking. Any additional guests will result in a surcharge of the daily rate. Please discuss any additional guests prior to their arrival with our management.

3. Smoking & Fireworks Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Lighting fireworks is strictly forbidden due to flammable items and materials. Any resulting damage will be charged to the guest.

4. Music & Partying Loud music or parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of your neighbors and surroundings by keeping your volume and activities within reasonable limits.

5. Illegal Activities Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly forbidden by law and by the house rules of Coastal Grand Villas. A zero-tolerance policy is enforced towards the possession or use of any illegal substances.

6. Inventory Please leave the villa and furnishings in the same condition as when you arrived.

Any damage/loss to the villa or its inventory will be the sole responsibility and liability of the guest. In case damage/loss occurs, please inform the management right away. Any costs will be discussed and settled with the management before departure.

7. Respectful Conduct Please treat our staff with respect and kindness. They are working hard to ensure you have a fantastic time, so let’s make their day brighter by showing our appreciation.

8. Responsibilities We recommend our guests store their valuables securely in locked rooms and safety boxes (if provided). Personal belongings are always the responsibility of the guest, who must ensure all windows and doors are locked securely before leaving the premises.

Under no circumstances will Coastal Grand Villas be held liable for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, or damage involving our guests or outside visitors. Guests are responsible for their children in and around the villa, including the swimming pool.

9. Passport Submission As per the regulations of the host country, all guests are required to provide their passports to our Guest Relations Manager upon arrival. Our team will take a picture of each passport and keep it on record. This is necessary to comply with local laws. We understand the importance of your personal information and assure you that all passport copies will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

10. Essential Health & Safety To maintain our high standards of hygiene and ensure the villa remains safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout your stay, routine pool and garden servicing will take place at least once every two days.

This upkeep schedule is an essential part of the villa’s care and is a required condition of the stay. It cannot be waived or deferred.

We kindly ask that outdoor areas remain accessible to our maintenance team so these brief visits can be completed smoothly and with as little disruption as possible.

11. Daily Housekeeping To maintain our strict standards of hygiene and safety, daily housekeeping is a required service and access for our team cannot be refused. We kindly ask for your cooperation in welcoming them for this routine care. Thank you for helping us keep your stay pristine.
