The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility, featuring a Queen bed and a 55" Smart TV in each of the two bedrooms. For additional guests, the living room includes a large sectional couch, a Twin XL rollaway bed, and a pillowtop, auto-inflate Queen inflatable air mattress. Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

While the unit offers a spacious layout with room to relax, you will also have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a grassy front yard and side yard perfect for sunbathing. Because the property is designed for a laid-back SoCal experience, guests can enjoy the following:
