This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat features two queen beds and accommodates up to 8 guests with additional sleeping options including a large sectional couch, twin XL rollaway bed, and queen inflatable air mattress with auto-inflate pillowtop. Each bedroom includes a 55" Smart TV, while the living room boasts a 65" HDTV for entertainment.

Key amenities make your stay effortless: fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected, while the full kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, and blender handles all your culinary needs. Dining table provides space for group meals, and wine glasses are ready for evening relaxation. Ceiling fans in each room provide comfort, while room-darkening shades ensure restful sleep. The bathroom features a bathtub with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.

Beach days become effortless with included gear: 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys, and beach towels. The property offers outdoor bike parking and surfboard rinse/dry area for active guests. Walk one block to the beach and boardwalk, five blocks to Mission Bay, or stroll to Garnet Avenue's bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. SeaWorld, La Jolla, the Zoo, Balboa Park, and Belmont Park are all a short drive away. No car needed—scooters, bikes, and Ubers are everywhere!

Check-in is 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with keyless self check-in via smart lock, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM to respect neighbors. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a $25/night fee per additional adult after the first 2. Pets are welcome with advance notice and a small cleaning fee may apply. No smoking anywhere on the property with a $99 violation fee. A Ring camera at the front door provides security for the entry area only.
