Located in a bustling part of San Diego, this studio is situated directly under a flight path. Guests should be aware that plane noise is audible from approximately 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Because of this, the space is not ideal for travelers who plan to spend the majority of their day inside the unit, but it serves as a perfect landing spot for those spending their time sightseeing and experiencing the local attractions.

Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For those needing extra time, late check-out may be requested one day in advance or on the day of departure, though availability is very limited. Options include an 11:00 AM departure for $30 or a 12:00 PM departure for $50.

Parking is available on the street, but limited garage parking can be arranged for $20 per day on a first-come, first-served basis; please notify the host prior to arrival if you require this service. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the unit.

We are pet-friendly! Please inform us before you arrive. Pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet, per day, charged separately. This fee is waived for service animals provided a certificate is sent before arrival. To maintain a clean environment, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and a $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied for violations. Additionally, we ask that you respect our neighbors: no parties are allowed and no loud music is permitted after 10:00 PM.

Important Booking Note: Please ensure you enter the total number of guests in your reservation. If a reservation is made for one person but two guests stay per night, an extra guest fee will be charged.
