Discover your centrally-located oasis in San Diego at 'AQUATICA', a stunning beach apartment designed for the ultimate getaway. This exquisitely remodeled 705 sq. ft. unit offers a gorgeous blend of modern style and coastal comfort, ensuring you stay close to everything the city has to offer while enjoying a private retreat.

This beautifully appointed home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The layout is designed for maximum relaxation: the master bedroom provides a luxurious queen bed and the convenience of a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is versatile and spacious, offering two twin beds and one full bed to ensure ample comfort for all travelers. For additional guests or lounging, the living room includes a stylish futon and cozy sofa bed.

While the unit is an interior sanctuary, guests have access to several shared building features to enhance their stay. You will have full use of the condo, the shared backyard, and the laundry room. Each guest is also provided with one designated parking spot; please be mindful to park only in the spot marked with your unit number to avoid city tickets or towing.

To get your vacation started, the host provides a starter pack of supplies, including hotel-sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and a limited amount of coffee k-cups, condiments, and salt and pepper. Guests are encouraged to bring any additional favorites or extra supplies needed for longer visits.

Located in a vibrant area, the property is close to the heart of the action, though guests should be aware of possible noise from the main road. Please keep in mind that trash is located on the left side of the building, opposite the yard, and guests must use the cans marked 753.
