For shopping and dining, the Market at Carillon Beach is within walking or biking distance, and a short drive will take you to Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, and Ripley's.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Restriction: This property is not available to guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No exceptions.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Boat Slips: Available in the lake on a first-come, first-served basis for $30.00 USD plus tax (maximum 2 parking passes), payable at the front desk.
• Snowbirds: Special monthly winter rates are available from November through February for arrivals and departures on the 1st of the month. Monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
