Please keep noise relaxed after 10pm and before 8am - this is a residential community and your neighbors will really appreciate it.
This home doesn't allow dogs or cats due to the homeowner's allergies. Please don't bring any pets to the property.
Please leave skis, bicycles, and other equipment outside the home - it keeps the space comfortable for everyone.
No fires or firepits are allowed on the property.
No events, parties, or gatherings of any kind are permitted.
No camping is allowed.
In winter, when the plow arrives, please move your car so the driveway can be cleared. Once the initial plow is done, you can park back in your designated spaces.
Bear country tip: please don't leave trash or food in your car or outside the home. Trash pickup happens at the end of your stay.
Fireworks are never permitted - violation carries a $400 fine.
If you use the pool or hot tub, please note that access is closed from 10pm to 8am.
The main water is shut off between guests and turns on at 4pm on your check-in date. It may take a few minutes for hot water to arrive - please be patient and let it run.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25; all other guests must be 21 unless accompanied by a parent.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
