The main floor features 3 bedrooms including an oversized master suite with chandelier over the spa tub, a queen bedroom with private bath, and an office/bedroom with 2 twin beds. Upstairs you'll find two oversized California king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One upstairs bedroom includes a twin daybed with trundle pull-out. Each bedroom comes with a private TV and bed, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

The estate features an open great room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining room, perfect for entertaining. Step outside to discover your private backyard retreat complete with pool, BBQ island, patio, small pond, and breathtaking views. Relax under the pergola while gazing through the beautiful glass fence at the two-acre private Cabernet Franc vineyard.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The main renting guest must be over 27. Pool heating available for additional fee with advance notice. The property respects Good Neighbor Rules with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum 4 cars permitted for main house rental. Long-term stays welcome.
