Upstairs, you will find two oversized California King bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom; one of these rooms also includes a twin day bed with a trundle pull-out.

Practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The main renting guest must be at least 27 years old. Parking is limited to 4 cars for the Main House. To maintain a peaceful environment, this property strictly prohibits parties and unauthorized guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that the AC is locked at 72 degrees for efficiency. Pets are not permitted.
