LATE CHECK OUT If interested in a late check-out, please contact us a day prior to arrival. We are very limited with late checkouts and must plan accordingly. Check-out is at 10:00 am. The latest we can accommodate is noon check out and there is an extra fee. The fee is 30.00 per hour and a max of two hours.

SMOKING POLICY We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests. As such the following policy has been adopted and applies to all our guests. We prohibit smoking of any kind inside our units or patio. This is a historic house and smoking is not allowed. Vapor smoking devices are not allowed as well. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to charge a deep cleaning fee of $250.00.

PET POLICY We are a pet-friendly property. You must advise us prior to arrival. We have an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet per stay (not included in the reservation; charged separately). If you do not inform us you are coming with your pet prior, we have a fee of $100.00 for last-minute cleaning purposes. Please ask for additional dog pads from our office. Dog parents, please be responsible for your four-legged children.

OTHER RULES:

NO PARTIES OR NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11 pm.

NO UNPAID GUESTS/VISITORS IN THE APARTMENT FOR ANY REASON FOR OUR GUESTS SAFETY.
