The unit includes 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The living area boasts a delightfully bright ambience, featuring an inviting sofa with blue decorative throw pillows, an eye-catching white coffee table, and a massive 75” flatscreen HDTV. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and a kitchen equipped with all the basic cooking needs and unlimited Keurig coffee to start your mornings right. Guests also have full access to the front yard and patio.

Located in the vibrant community of Pacific Beach, you are just steps away from some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops the area has to offer. Known locally as "P.B.," this neighborhood is a lively take on the classic beach town, featuring miles of waterfront boardwalk and the famous Belmont Park with its historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. You are only one block from the beach and five blocks from Mission Bay, with plenty of bike rentals and trails nearby. The prime location means a car is often unnecessary, though the property provides 2 free reserved parking spots accessible via the alley behind the building.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please adhere to the following rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. There is a strict no-tolerance policy regarding smoking and pets on the premises, including patios and common areas; smoking inside will result in a $99 cleaning fine. Parties, excessive noise, and occupancy violations are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note there is a $25 charge per night for each adult after the first two, with a maximum of 6 adults allowed. For security, a Ring camera is located at the front door.
