🏡 House rules and useful information

We ask guests to respect the apartment by avoiding any behavior that could damage spaces, furnishings, and amenities, and to keep all rooms clean and tidy.

Respect for good neighborliness is required by avoiding excessive noise throughout the day, particularly in the time slot from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

People who aren't included in the booking are not allowed to enter the apartment.

The property is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items left inside the accommodation.

Maximum care of the keys is advised: in case of loss, reimbursement of the costs of duplication and replacement will be required, in addition to any damage caused.

We also ask that you use water, electricity, and heating responsibly.

In the event of delays beyond the agreed-upon time, we ask that you notify us promptly.

⏰ Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

For apartments equipped with self check-in with remote opening, access will be via our automatic system without the need for a physical meeting. Instructions will be sent before arrival.

⚠️ Even in self check-in mode, it is mandatory to have completed the registration of all guests' documents. Without registration, it will not be possible to enable remote access.

Late self check-in:

11:00 PM – 12:00 AM → €50

After 12:00 AM (by agreement only) → €50 per additional hour, in addition to the initial surcharge, up to a maximum permitted arrival time of 2:00 AM.

Any requests for early check-in or late check-out will be evaluated based on availability. If this is not possible, it will be necessary to respect the standard times to allow for cleaning and preparation of the accommodation.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels

The apartment is equipped with:

bed linen

bath mat

set of 2 towels for each guest

Welcome Kit (shampoo-shower gel and hand soap per person)

In apartments with multiple rooms, you must communicate your desired sleeping arrangements in advance. Only the beds corresponding to the number of guests specified in the booking will be prepared.

Extra linen sets are available on request at a cost of €20 per person (cash payment).

After check-in, we ask you to check the apartment and report any problems within one hour. After this period, we will consider the accommodation accepted in good condition. If you need anything, please contact us via Airbnb: we will respond as soon as possible.

🔑 Key loss

For each set of keys lost: €100

If the keys are left inside and our intervention is required:

by 7:00 PM → €150

night / holidays (if urgent assistance is available) → cost fully borne by the guests
