Guests can unwind in the main living room by the fireplace, relax in the family room with its built-in sound system and 50-inch TV, or enjoy some friendly competition in the dedicated pool table room, which also features its own fireplace and 50-inch TV. For dining and preparation, the home provides the unique convenience of two kitchens, a formal dining room, and an eat-in kitchen area.

Step outside to experience the true magic of the 4-acre private fenced estate. The grounds are a lush paradise of mature greenery, featuring over 50 fruit trees and winding walking paths. Enjoy a meal on the covered patio, relax on the flagstone patio with outstanding views, or spend your afternoons by the beautiful pool. The outdoor living experience is completed with a built-in BBQ and cozy seating areas to soak in the vibes.

Guest access includes the full main home and the surrounding grounds. Please note that there is a second guest home at the front of the property with full-time tenants; we kindly ask that you honor their privacy. For those with equestrian needs, a 4-stall horse barn, two paddocks, and a riding arena are available for separate rental.
