Sleeping arrangements consist of 2 king beds, each located in a spacious bedroom equipped with Roku TVs and ample storage. The home includes a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, which offers the convenience of both hallway access and private access from the first bedroom.

The interior is centered around a bright living room with two comfy couches and a large Roku TV. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the fully stocked kitchen is made for laid-back dining, featuring a dishwasher, plenty of storage, and bar seating for three. A dining table for four is perfectly situated between the kitchen and living area. Additionally, a full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the second bedroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Enjoy a sunny second-story deck complete with a dining table and umbrella, offering serene water views. From here, stairs lead down to a lower patio and dock equipped with loungers and additional seating. Please note that water depth varies with the tide; it is fishable at high tide but can become very shallow or disappear at low tide.

Located on one of Cedar Key's many water inlets on the bay side, the cottage is just a short 2-mile drive or golf cart ride from the historic downtown area, where you can find local shops and dining. Cedar Key is a wonderful destination for kayaking, fishing, biking, and exploring local history.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Easy parking for 2 vehicles plus a boat or trailer. Please park only in gravel and concrete areas; no parking on the grass.
• Access: Guests enter through the front door and must climb one flight of interior stairs. The entire upstairs level is included, while the ground floor remains private.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. No guests under 18 years of age.
