This expansive layout consists of two self-sufficient units, providing an excellent choice for families, couples, or two parties traveling together who desire their own private space. The first unit is a 1,000 sqft single-story Casita featuring a master suite, private bath, family room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second unit is a 900 sqft detached studio located on the second floor above a four-car garage, complete with a family room, dining area, and a bathroom on the main floor. Both bedrooms are appointed with Cal King beds and each unit includes two twin folding beds, allowing for a total guest capacity of 8.

Guests will enjoy shared access to a private gated entrance leading to a paver stone patio. This outdoor oasis is equipped with a salt water hot tub and a BBQ island with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Inside, both units offer air conditioning, heat, and their own televisions. While the Casita has a full kitchen, the Loft Studio features a convenient kitchenette with a small fridge, ice maker, microwave, and two-burner cooktop.

Located in a prime wine country setting, you are just steps away from starting your tasting tour at the adjacent Briar Rose Winery, a replica of Snow White’s cottages. The property is situated on paved roads, making it easy to explore the serene private country surroundings or take a short walk to the nearby Starbucks.
