To ensure a smooth stay, please keep the following practical information in mind:
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM
- One pet up to 15 kg (33 lbs) is welcome; please note that an additional pet fee applies
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- Electricity usage is monitored via meter readings at check-in and check-out. Usage under 40 kWh per day is complimentary. Any consumption exceeding 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh, requested through the security deposit procedure. Guests are encouraged to turn off air conditioners when not in the room or when leaving the house to maintain this limit.

Silent hours 10pm to 8am. No smoking allowed. No events allowed. ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure. Any pet must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival and has an extra $25 fee. A maximum of two small dogs is allowed. Cats are not allowed. Violation of this rule may prevent entry into the community and/or eviction and loss of deposit.
