The layout is designed for effortless group living, featuring 4 bedrooms equipped with a mix of comfortable Kingsize and Queensize beds, along with cozy sofa beds to accommodate up to 9 guests. To ensure maximum convenience and privacy, the home includes 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.

While the general amenities list is concise, the residence is fully equipped for a seamless experience. The space features two kitchens complete with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher (including tabs). For your convenience, the bathrooms are stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryers, while laundry needs are met with washing machines (including detergent) and a dryer. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Situated in an ideal urban location, the apartment is positioned directly at the Westbahnhof and on Mariahilferstraße, Vienna's largest and most vibrant shopping street. This makes it a stylish and convenient starting point for any venture into the city's culture and commerce.

Practical information for your visit: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building and does not have an elevator. For a seamless arrival, the apartment and entrance doors utilize a smart-lock system; your unique access code will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check-in. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.
