This single-story residence is designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring an open floor plan with no steps at the entrance. The layout consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The private master suite is anchored by a California king bed and a luxurious bath featuring an oversized Travertine shower and vanity. While ideal for a party of two, the home can accommodate up to 4 guests using two high-end rollaway beds that can be positioned to your preference.

Inside, the family room is equipped with a leather love seat, reclining chairs, and an HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, and full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary cooking tools. For added convenience, a full-sized stackable washer and dryer are located within the bathroom area.

For security and privacy, additional guests not registered to the stay are not permitted on the property for use of the BBQ or hot tub without prior management approval.
