1. All guests agree to abide by these rules upon reservation. Non-compliance may result in denied access.
2. Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. Late check-out is available at an additional cost of 1,000 MXN pesos; please consult the manager for availability.
3. Kindly remove sand from your feet before entering your room or the pool.
4. The hotel is not liable for any accidents on the premises. Please report any issues to management.
5. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of 1,500 MXN pesos.
6. Secure your room by using the safety pins on your door when leaving or resting.
7. Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved, with a signed pet regulation required.
8. The introduction or consumption of illegal substances on hotel property is strictly forbidden. Otherwise we will contact Local Police.
9. Please turn off lights, TV, fans, and AC when leaving your room.
10. Assistance is available 24/7 via mobile phone.
11. Towels are for in-room use only. Help us care for the environment: hang towels if they don’t need changing; leave them on the floor if they do. Thank you for supporting our eco-friendly practices. There is a 500 MXN pesos fee if a towel is missing or damaged.
12. Do not flush paper or other items in the toilet; use the waste bin instead.
13. Kindly keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect other guests. 14.Noise and Gatherings To ensure a pleasant environment for all our guest, parties or any gatherings are strictly prohibited in guest rooms or common areas. Any guest found hosting a party may have their reservation cancelled immediately without a refund. We reserve the right to take further action if necessary to maintain the comfort of all guests. Thank you for understanding and cooperation. 15.Non-guest are not allowed on the property. The hotel reserves right of admission.
14. The hotel is not responsible for outages related to TV, Internet, or power supply.
15. Report any damages or malfunctions in facilities promptly.
16. We are not liable for lost personal belongings or vehicles on-site.
17. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, including a 500 MXN pesos fee for lost keys.
18. Management reserves the right to inspect rooms.
19. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. Pool rules must be followed.
20. No portable speakers or loud music that may disturb others.
21. Refunds for credit card payments may take up to 15 days for processing. Cash refunds are immediate, subject to availability.
