Guest Registration Copies of passports for all guests, including infants (or government-issued IDs for GCC nationals), must be provided at least 24 hours prior to check-in to secure access to the property. Please share these via the platform chat. The main guest must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

Cleanliness and Care Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by keeping the property tidy throughout your stay. Household rubbish must be disposed of in the designated areas on the same floor, marked with door signs such as “Garbage Room”, “Garbage Chute”, or “Refuse Room”. If you are unable to locate these, please contact our Guest Relations Team or the Building Reception for assistance. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of AED 1,000 imposed by the building management. Please also ensure that windows and balcony doors are securely closed before leaving the property, lights are switched off, and the air conditioning is set to 24°C on auto fan speed to conserve energy.

Smoking and Safety Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes inside the property is strictly prohibited. If any related odour is detected, a minimum deep-cleaning fee of AED 5,000 will apply. Throwing cigarette butts, lit cigarettes, or any rubbish from balconies or windows is a serious legal offence and poses a safety hazard.

Noise and Conduct Out of respect for the neighbours and building regulations, parties and gatherings are not permitted. Hosting such events will result in a penalty of AED 5,000.

Property Care Please handle all household items with care. Any damage identified at check-out, including stained towels or linens caused by misuse will be charged at the replacement cost plus a handling fee of AED 100. The standard cleaning fee collected at booking covers post-check-out cleaning only. In-stay cleaning services can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice for an additional charge. A complimentary starter kit of household essentials is provided for your convenience. Should you need more, you are welcome to purchase additional items from nearby shops or online.

Tourism Fee The first 30 nights of any reservation are subject to a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 10 per night, per bedroom.

Access and Security Access cards and door lock codes must not be shared with anyone who is not a registered guest. Lost, unreturned, or damaged access cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

Check-in and Check-out Standard check-in is from 3 p.m. and may require the presence of our company representative, in accordance with building management regulations. One hour notice before arrival is mandatory to avoid waiting time at the building reception.

Early check-in before 3 p.m. is subject to availability and may incur a charge.

Standard check-out is by 11 a.m. Late check-out past this time is subject to availability and may incur a charge.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will incur the full applicable nightly rate plus a penalty of AED 2,000.

Additional Guests Additional guests require prior approval and are subject to a surcharge of at least 25% of the nightly rate per person, per night. Unauthorised guest stays will result in a penalty of AED 2,000.

Internet and TV The provided Internet and TV packages include standard channels only. Any additional subscriptions purchased during your stay will be charged at the subscription cost plus a cancellation fee and a handling fee of AED 100.

Bed and Bath linens For hygiene reasons, bed and bath linens require professional laundry and should not be washed in the apartment. Damaged items will be charged at the replacement cost plus a handling fee of AED 100. Fresh linens and towels, or additional sets, can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Parking Please park only in the space designated for the apartment. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of AED 1,000 imposed by the building management.

Safety & Responsibility Guests are welcome to enjoy the apartment and shared building facilities. Use of the apartment, facilities, and common areas is at guests’ discretion. The host and property operator shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings, or for accidents or personal injuries occurring during the stay. Guests are kindly reminded to supervise children, exercise due care when using facilities, and ensure all personal belongings are collected prior to check-out.

These amenities are managed by the building management, and whilst we hope they remain available throughout your stay, we are unable to accept liability for any injury, loss, damage, inconvenience, or temporary closure.
