PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full. No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles.
