Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed, including two beautiful master ensuites with a California King and a Queen bed. There is an additional Queen bedroom, while two children's rooms are equipped with full-over-full bunk beds. For extra flexibility, a den off the living room provides a queen sleeper sofa. To ensure everyone stays entertained, each bedroom is equipped with its own 43-inch TV.

Inside, you will find high-end finishes such as wood floors, tiled bathrooms, and a beautiful kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The open-concept living and dining area is designed for togetherness, with the dining table seating 10 guests. For recreation, the garage has been transformed into a game room featuring a full-size pool table and a Stiga Ping Pong table. Practical needs are covered with a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit and high-quality bedding from Pottery Barn or equivalent.

Step outside to the rear yard to relax in the brand-new sparkling pool and jacuzzi, or enjoy the outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ grill. The home is located within a nice short walk to Disneyland, and guests can even watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard.

• Maximum Occupancy: 13 guests at any time (including visitors)
• Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles; no RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights
• Policies: No pets allowed. No outside music or noise between 10 PM and 9 AM per city code.
• Fees & Requirements: A refundable $300 security deposit, signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee.

This home is strictly for overnight sleeping purposes and cannot be used for gatherings or events. For your safety, the exterior is protected by outdoor security cameras.
