• Policies: No parties and no smoking inside the apartment (a AED 500 cleaning charge applies for violations)
• Pets: Not allowed
• Additional Fees: 5% VAT, Tourism Dirham, a cleaning charge (AED 200), and a 5% management fee may be charged upon arrival if not handled by the booking platform. A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 may also apply.
