To ensure a seamless stay, the condo provides several practical conveniences. Guests have access to the entire unit, with entry available via both stairs and an elevator. The interior features a dedicated laundry room and an assigned parking space for effortless arrivals and departures.

Located just a block from the beach and less than a mile from town, the Sunny Breeze condo serves as the ideal vacation hub. Guests are within walking distance of excellent dining possibilities, shopping venues, and Solana Beach. To maintain a serene escape from the city's hustle, this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with designated quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am for indoor socializing. Please note that this is a non-smoking condo and building. Regarding climate control, since the building was not designed for central air, portable air conditioning units are set up from May 15th to September 15th, typically located in the living room and master bedroom.
