This central hub opens onto a fabulous, large outdoor area, creating the most perfect setting for warm summer evenings. Guests can enjoy the outdoor dining area, BBQ, and an outdoor fire, or simply soak in the heated spa pool while watching the sun set over the scenery.

Practicality is key for active travelers, as the property includes a double garage with plenty of storage specifically for bikes and ski gear.

Located in a prime position, the home is centrally situated for maximum convenience. It is just a couple of minutes' drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk to downtown Queenstown, ensuring you are never far from the city's vibrant attractions.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Keys must be returned to the lock-box)
• Smoking: Strict no-smoking policy both inside and outside the premises
• Pets: No pets are allowed
• Cleaning: Homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning requirements (including dishes, oven, and BBQ) will incur a charge of $35.00 plus GST per hour
• Furniture: Guests are asked not to move furniture; a fee of $35.00 plus GST per hour applies for resetting moved items
• Damages: Guests are responsible for reporting all breakages. Damage caused by negligence will be on-charged to the booking guest
