While the beach and town are easily accessible on foot, a car is recommended for exploring the wider array of San Diego attractions, and the property offers easy access to the freeway.

• Capacity: Maximum of 2 guests (plus an infant)

• Property Layout: This is a private guest cottage located at the rear of a main home; the two buildings are not connected. Entry is via the alley. While the main house residents may occasionally cross the lawn to access beach gear or trash, their living and outdoor spaces face the opposite direction on 9th Street.
• Important Note: There is ongoing construction next door; please inquire about a construction discount.
