Please be accurate on the number of guests in the reservation in order to respect our rate schedule. The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. No parties or events are allowed, and any guests that are on the property at anytime, will need to be counted for in the reservation, whether or not the guests are spending the night. Pre-approval for any visiting guests must be approved by the hosts at all times.

If approved by the owner, for any stays 30 nights or longer, a Rental Agreement is required to be signed by the Landlord and guests for all adults above the age of 18. Additional cleaning fees may apply for extended stays.

Temporary housing companies, businesses and family members are welcome to book on behalf of the guests, but before doing so, please notify the host for pre-approval. The number of guests on the reservation still needs to be accurate, and if additional guests are visiting the home, please notify the host for pre-approval.

The home is equipped with two outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. The first one is located on the outside of the front door area facing the front walkway. The second exterior camera is located above the garage door facing the driveway. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up/tamper with the exterior security cameras at any time. Please do not unplug the door keypad gateway in the plug outlet. These are small white boxes located in an outlet near the front door.

Dogs Welcome: Please be accurate of the number of pets on the reservation, as Airbnb will charge the guests based on the number of pets listed. Up to three dogs, of any size, are welcomed only. No other pets, to include cats, are permitted on the property. Please pick-up your dog(s) waste from the yard. This is the guests responsibility, and not the host or cleaners to pick up your dog(s) waste. Your furry friends are welcome, but please note, the furniture and beds are for the guests, and the dogs I'm sure will enjoy the yard and floors to lay on without complaints. NOTE: NO dogs in the fenced pool area, no exceptions.

Yes, the place will be cleaned by a professional cleaner, but please keep the place a sanitary environment suitable for human inhabitants.

Please note the house rules with no smoking in the home -- of any variety, including vaping -- the outside areas are fine to smoke as long as you are well away from all doors and any open windows. Kindly properly dispose of any butts or ashes, and not in the yard or driveway. Guests do not want to live in a smoke filled house, and I strive to provide a comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy their stay.

Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

If the guest do not occupy the property at the check-in date, or leave the property during the reservation, for a period of 24 hours, please notify the host of your departure and if you will be returning. If not notified, the host may take the property back in his possession and you may forfeit the reservation with no refund.

This is a family friendly town, please enjoy the community and not be the loud bunch of the crowd.

Please note: We provide some conveniences such as, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, etc. but, we only provide enough to get you going for a few days, so you do not need to go to the store right away. Therefore, you may need to purchase any of these items you may want once they are used up. They will be replaced upon your check-out.
