The well-appointed kitchen includes a lovely big dining table and a coffee machine, allowing you to sleep in a bit longer. For year-round comfort, enjoy balmy summer evenings with air conditioning or cozy up by the slow combustion wood fire on cold winter nights with a cup of hot chocolate. The property also features a renovated bathroom with a separate bath and an internal laundry with a washer.

Step outside to the spacious north-facing deck, the most perfect place for summer barbeques with friends and family after a day at the beach. For added convenience, there is an outdoor hot & cold shower. The ample outdoor space is ideal for a backyard summer cricket tournament, and for those looking to hit the waves, the owners provide several surfboards for guests to use. Plenty of off-street parking is available for your boat, bikes, and vehicles.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are considered on request. Please note that doonas, underlays, and pillows are provided, but linen and towels are not supplied. All bookings are subject to a guest verification process and local council restrictions; failure to complete verification within 24 hours may result in automatic cancellation.
