The accommodation is designed for two guests and features one bedroom with one comfortable bed and one bathroom. Inside the spacious, tastefully furnished tent, you will find a queen bed outfitted with soft linens and plush pillows, along with a cozy loveseat complete with a blanket, pillow, and footrest for ultimate relaxation. For your convenience, the interior includes two bedside tables with drawer storage, a clothes rack with hangers, a full-length mirror, and a shelf stocked with fresh towels. A rustic coffee station featuring a French press is also provided to start your mornings right.

Outdoor living is a central part of the experience. Step onto your private deck to enjoy a bistro set ideal for morning coffee or sunset viewing, and a personal firepit area equipped with two chairs and a side table for peaceful evening relaxation.

While this property is fully off-grid using solar power and battery storage for ambient light, guests are welcome to charge electronics in the communal area. You will have full access to the 101 acres of coastal mountain terrain, which includes over six miles of hiking and biking trails, including a signature 5K loop, and the chance to meet friendly farm animals. The Oak Grove communal area serves as a social hub with lawn games, shared fire pits, and a shared outdoor kitchen and dishwashing station. A Camp Shop is open on weekends to provide essentials such as firewood, snacks, and bug spray.

Located minutes from the charm of Fallbrook and the renowned vineyards of Temecula's wine country, the property is also just 3 miles from the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve, voted the top trail in San Diego County.
