This beautiful maisonette-style suite spans approximately 60 sqm and is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The layout is spread across two levels: the first floor features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a French door that floods the room with natural light, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, a spacious living room provides additional sleeping arrangements with a sofa bed for a third guest, alongside a second bathroom with a shower.

While general amenities are provided to ensure a seamless stay, the interior is rich with room-specific details. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster. For your convenience, the suite also includes a washing machine and a smart TV in the air-conditioned living room. A highlight of the property is the private balcony upstairs, where an external staircase leads to a rooftop garden offering stunning sea views and beautiful sunsets.

Located in the historic Koum Kapi area, the property is just a step from the city center. Koum Kapi is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Chaniá, situated between the Old Town and the Chalepa district.
