While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully equipped for a self-catering stay. To maintain the serenity of the neighborhood, this is a quiet residential property. Parties are strictly prohibited, and guests are asked to remain quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM; a noise detection device is installed to ensure respect for the neighbors. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM via a convenient self-check-in keybox system. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
