Not suitable for children and infants – Units are not fit for children under certain ages due to expensive and/or delicate furnishings and balconies.

No smoking – Smoking, vaping, marijuana or any substance is not allowed anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. This is a 100% smoke free community. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 fee.

No Pets – Pet/s are not allowed on the property at any time.

No Parties or Events – Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, loud music and the like are not allowed. Please do not disrespect our neighbors.

Access – Check-in Anytime After 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check Out time by 11 am on the day of departure. Quiet Hours begin at 10 pm. Always lock the doors.

Parking – One carport is provided. Parking is not permitted in driveway. Visitors must use street parking.

No Late Check-outs – Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. Please understand that we have scheduled cleaning for our units.

No Extra Guests – Do not have more guests or visitors than stated in your reservation. More guests or visitors more than stated on the reservation will incur a charge of $50/night/guest or temporary visitor.

No Open Flames – Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.

No Filming / Photoshoots – Filming and photoshoots are strictly prohibited.

No Third-Party Booking – Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund. You will be present during the entire reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party, unless expressly approved by us in writing.

Security Devices – We do not have a recording device in our unit, we understand the privacy of our guests, but this unit has security devices such as Doorbell Camera (Outside only), Security Panel, Sensors. Doorbell Camera – For ensuring the safety of our unit and to make sure that we have the right guest and current number of guests. Do not touch the surveillance on the property. For your safety, security and quiet enjoyment, Vivint Home Security records activity at the front doors to the unit. Sensors – Fire, Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, Water, Noise Sensors. All of these devices ensure that our unit is well protected and safe.

Mail Service – Mail service is not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests who require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS nearby.

Laundry – Coin operated laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Please leave laundry room clean after use. Remove your clothes from the washer and dryer as soon as possible, then lock entry door.

Garbage – Place garbage in a plastic garbage bag and put it in the black containers. Use the 2 blue recycle containers for all items to be recycled (not for garbage items).
