• Reservations: 48-hour notice required for last-minute bookings
• Parking: Free on-site parking for one vehicle per condo. No vehicles over 16ft allowed on property; oversized vehicles must park off-site. Guest parking is available in paid lots or the 72-hour free lot by the Crab Shack.
• Policies: No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property (including balconies and common areas).
• Note: The unit uses ceiling or portable fans for airflow; there is no central air conditioning.
