Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please respect the check-out time to avoid additional night charges. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and violations will result in a fine. To maintain the space, guests are asked to dispose of all trash in the street's grey or dark blue bins before departing.

Additional policies include a prohibition on unauthorized photography or videography and a request to keep noise levels down after 22:00 to respect the neighbors. Please turn off all lights, appliances, and heating/AC when leaving. A starter set of toiletries is provided, with additional towels and supplies available for an extra fee. Please note that pets are not allowed. For stays exceeding 28 nights, an additional cleaning fee is required. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or stained linens incurred during their stay.
