Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This 1,050 square foot residence features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 10. The lockout configuration consists of two connected spaces: one main condo featuring a bedroom with 2 full beds, a full kitchen, and a living room that functions as a third bedroom with a full-sized Murphy bed and a full-sized sofa bed. The second connected space is a studio featuring 1 king bed and an efficiency kitchen with a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The property offers 3 private balconies to take in the coastal views.

For even more entertainment, Broadway at the Beach is located just 1.5 miles away, offering an aquarium and additional shopping and dining options.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via code access, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that only 2 free parking passes are provided. Smoking is not allowed on-site. There is no washer or dryer available in the unit. Guests are advised that renovation season typically occurs from September 1st to March 1st, and neighboring units may undergo work during the day. The unit utilizes hotel-style PTAC AC units rather than a central system. A strict cancellation policy is in place, and travel insurance is highly recommended. Please be aware that due to the local climate, insects or reptiles may occasionally be present; the property is maintained by a regular professional extermination service.
