🏡 House Rules To ensure a smooth check-in process and compliance with local regulations, please review the following rules and requirements that apply to all reservations:

• Rental Agreement & Check-In Form To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to complete and sign the Rental Agreement and Check-In Form prior to their arrival. Please note that check-in instructions will only be provided after both the signed Rental Agreement and the completed Check-In Form have been received.

👉 These documents are accessed via a secure link outside of Airbnb and must be completed to finalize your booking. They outline important property policies, guest responsibilities, and safety procedures.

• Valid Government ID A valid government-issued photo ID is required to be submitted on either the check-in form or via Airbnb message thread for verification before check-in. 👉 This process helps prevent any issues during your stay, as Airbnb does not share guest IDs with hosts. The name on the ID must match the reservation holder.

• Background Screening A routine background screening is conducted prior to check-in in accordance with local laws. This ensures the safety and security of all guests and neighbors.

• Failure to Complete Requirements Please note that failure to complete the above requirements may result in denied access to the listing without a refund.

🏢 Building Amenities Please note that building amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, theater, and other shared facilities are managed by the Building Management. As these are complimentary amenities provided by the building and not directly by us, their operating hours, maintenance schedules, temporary closures, repairs, and access are outside of our control.

That said, we're always happy to assist by reaching out to the Building Management on your behalf to check on the status of any amenity or help address any related concerns.
