• Access: The main floor, 2-car garage bay, back patio, and backyard are fully accessible. The basement and detached garage ("Fun Factory") remain locked.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval (maximum of 2 dogs) for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per night. To ensure the home remains pristine, dogs must be crated at night and when left alone, and are strictly prohibited from furniture or beds (a $250 charge applies for violations). Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside, including in the backyard, and waste must be disposed of immediately.
