Each unit includes one parking space. Vehicles without a valid permit are subject to tow, so be sure to display yours. Breckenridge has strict parking regulations, so if you need overflow parking, you'll want to coordinate that in advance.

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
