Check-in is after 4:00 PM with self check-in, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. House rules include a minimum booking age of 25, no smoking ($300 fee), no parties or events, and furniture must remain in original placement ($50 rearranging fee). Late checkout without approval incurs a $50 fee. The fireplace is not available for guest use, and please avoid placing unwashed sandy beach towels in the dryer.
