For additional sleeping capacity, the living room includes a queen-sized pull-out bed. High-quality bedding from Pottery Barn or equivalent is provided throughout.

• Requirements: A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.

• Security: The property is protected by exterior security cameras (no indoor cameras).
• Local Residents: An additional $500 security deposit is required for guests residing within 50 miles of the home.
