• No pets, parties, or events allowed
• Passport copies of all guests must be provided via email for UAE Law registration
• Lost access cards: 500 AED; Lost keys: 50 AED
• Late check-out from 1 PM to 3 PM costs half a night's charge; after 3 PM costs a full night's charge
