Each sleeping space is a private sanctuary with its own ensuite bath: Bedroom 1 offers a King size bed, TV, a dual vanity, separate walk-in shower, and a spa tub; Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, TV, deck access, and a shower/tub combo; and Bedroom 3 provides a bunk bed (one full and one twin) plus a separate twin bed with a walk-in shower.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a fee of $30 per pet per day (collected after booking). Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
• House Rules: Non-smoking and non-vaping property ($100 fee for non-compliance). No parties, events, or outside guests without permission. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
