For security purposes, a valid copy of a passport or driver's license is required, and the name must match the booking account.

House rules are strictly enforced to maintain the quality of the home: smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit, and parties or events are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties resulting in extra cleaning will incur a charge of AED 500. Additionally, noise-nuisances are not tolerated. Please be aware that certain cabinets are closed for landlord use and the dishwasher is currently undergoing maintenance and is unavailable. Optional cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
